DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

Yes, we can ship our products worldwide!

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR AN ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Processing of orders takes 1-2 days while it may take 1-3 weeks for your parcel to arrive depending on the location. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a shipment tracking number.

We have warehouses around the globe and we ship from what works best for efficiency in delivery time.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We support Google Pay, debit and credit card, Visa and Amex.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

All cancellations must be made within 24hours of initial purchase so we can provide you with a full refund. If you cancel your order after 24 hours from the time your order was placed and your order has not left our warehouse, you shall only be refunded for the item cost only.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You should receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number after your order has been processed.

Then, you can visit our tracking page here and enter your tracking number for your order status.

WILL I BE CHARGED HANDLING FEES OR TAXES?

Orders may be subject to customs charges, depending on the country. Feddygoods has no control over these charges. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel and we are not be able to refund any of these customs charges.

Our suggestion would be for you to check first country’s policy on this prior to ordering.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

Our policy lasts 14 days from the date you received your order. If 14 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
